LILA Pathways Academy is led by an experienced educator and supported by a dedicated team of professionals who share a commitment to student growth, strong family relationships, and the continued development of our school community.
LILA Pathways Academy was founded by Sher Musgrove, M.Ed., an experienced certified educator in early childhood, elementary education, and special education. Sher created LILA to provide the kind of education she knew was possible: structured, individualized, and built around each student’s actual strengths, needs, and potential. Her approach supports students who need to close learning gaps while also giving advanced learners the freedom to move beyond traditional grade-level boundaries. Through high expectations, meaningful relationships, and personalized learning pathways, Sher helps students build confidence, independence, and lasting academic growth.
Meraki Educational Solutions and Speech Therapy, founded by Jennifer Potter, M.A., CCC-SLP, brings over 30 years of experience providing individualized and small-group services for children, teens, and adults.
Inspired by the Greek meaning of meraki—to do something with passion, creativity, and soul—our services are strengths-based, and relationship-centered. Using naturalistic, neurodiversity-affirming practices, we foster meaningful communication through authentic experiences that build confidence, connection, and real-world skills.
Lisa represents LILA Pathways Academy in the community, meeting directly with businesses, referral sources, and prospective families. Her focus is generating enrollment interest, identifying new opportunities, and connecting families with the next step in LILA’s admissions process.
Cristian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Animation and serves as LILA Pathways Academy’s Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator. He develops social media content, marketing graphics, and other visual materials that communicate LILA’s programs, events, and mission while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and coordinates LILA Pathways Academy’s external communications. She manages email outreach, shares information about LILA’s programs and events, and helps ensure families and community organizations receive clear, consistent communication.
