About LILA Pathways

Sher Musgrove, M.Ed., is an educator and school counselor who understands how deeply a child’s confidence can be affected when traditional education doesn’t meet their individual needs. She founded LILA Pathways to help students close learning gaps, build confidence, and thrive through personalized learning approaches designed around how they learn best. 

 At LILA Pathways, our mission is to provide personalized, mastery-based education that meets each student where they are and helps them progress with confidence. Through individualized instruction, small class sizes, and a supportive learning environment, we help students build strong academic foundations, close learning gaps, and develop the skills and confidence to reach their full potential.
